This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and JustSuperr OÜ ("we," "us," or "our") regarding the use of ME IN FINANCE APP (the "Application"), provided by JustSuperr OÜ, located at Harju maakond, Tallinn, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Lõõtsa tn 2a, 11415, Estonia. By downloading, installing, or using the ME IN FINANCE APP, you agree to comply with the terms of this EULA.

1. License Grant

JustSuperr OÜ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the ME IN FINANCE APP for personal, non-commercial purposes, as permitted by the Apple App Store and Google Play Store terms. You may not use the Application for any commercial activities unless explicitly authorized by JustSuperr OÜ.

2. Restrictions on Use

You agree that you will not, and will not permit others to:

• Sell, lease, license, transfer, assign, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the ME IN FINANCE APP.

• Copy, reproduce, or use the Application for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use.

• Modify, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer the Application.

3. Updates and Modifications

We may periodically update the ME IN FINANCE APP with new features, bug fixes, or enhancements to improve functionality and user experience. Your continued use of the Application following any update signifies your acceptance of the updated Application.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The ME IN FINANCE APP, its content, design, and any intellectual property associated with it, are the exclusive property of JustSuperr OÜ. All rights not expressly granted in this EULA are reserved. Unauthorized use of any content within the Application or violation of JustSuperr OÜ’s intellectual property rights may result in termination of your license and potential legal action.

5. User Feedback and Suggestions

By submitting any feedback or suggestions to us, you agree that we may use, modify, or incorporate these without any obligation of compensation or acknowledgment to you. Your feedback helps us enhance the ME IN FINANCE APP and provide a better user experience.

6. Data Collection and Privacy

The ME IN FINANCE APP collects and processes certain personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using the Application, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy https://meinfinance.com/privacy-policy.

7. Termination

This EULA will remain effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this agreement by deleting the ME IN FINANCE APP from your device. We may terminate your license to use the Application at any time if you violate any terms of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete any copies from your device.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The ME IN FINANCE APP is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. JustSuperr OÜ does not warrant that the Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific needs.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall JustSuperr OÜ, its affiliates, or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the ME IN FINANCE APP, even if advised of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; therefore, these limitations may not apply to you.

10. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of Estonia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved in the courts located in Tallinn, Estonia.
